REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY


REFUND POLICY

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To receive a refund, items MUST be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and must be free of any stains including deodorant stains, and any odors including perfume and smoke. All original tags must be attached. Any items not meeting these conditions will not be approved for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer.

Discounted items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund. Items that have been altered, worn, washed, used, and/or present any stains including deodorant stains and odors including perfume and smoke are not eligible for a refund..

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please note that the bank associated with your credit or debit card may take up to 10 days to apply the refund to your account.

The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
